Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

General Policy

All Liselle Kiss handbags are produced in limited quantities or made-to-order. Because of this, all sales are final, except in cases where an item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Limited edition pieces
  • Archived styles
  • Custom or made-to-order items

This policy ensures the integrity and exclusivity of each piece.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement or store credit review.

To be eligible:

  • Request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • Item must be returned in original packaging with all contents included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once received, the item will be inspected. If approved, we will provide:

  • A replacement of the same item, or
  • Store credit if a replacement is unavailable

Returns for Review

Returns are accepted only for inspection of damage or defects. Items that show signs of wear, use, or handling (including fingerprints, marks, or missing packaging) may not qualify.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Gift cards and club cards
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Donations
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only when a replacement cannot be fulfilled and a defect is confirmed.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
  • Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns

Gift Card & Store Credit Terms

Gift Cards

  • Do not expire
  • Valid for use on lisellekiss.com
  • Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash
  • Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged
  • May be used across multiple purchases until balance is depleted

Use of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Liselle Kiss reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time to remain compliant with applicable regulations and financing partner requirements.
