All Liselle Kiss pieces are prepared with care and intention.

In-stock items: Processed within 3–7 business days

Made-to-order and custom pieces: Production timelines vary and are communicated at the time of purchase (typically 10–12 months)
Once your order is completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders will be shipped exactly as entered

We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been placed or entered production

Any costs associated with address errors, reshipments, or rerouting are the responsibility of the customer
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, no refunds will be issued.
Delivery & Availability
All shipments require successful delivery to the address provided.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled

If a delivery attempt is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate redelivery or pickup with the carrier

Failure to receive or retrieve a package, including unavailability at the time of delivery, does not qualify for a refund or replacement
Carrier Issues & Liability
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility shifts to the carrier.

Liselle Kiss is not liable for delays, lost packages, or delivery exceptions caused by the carrier

Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for delivery updates or issues
For high-value shipments, signature confirmation may be required.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to:
