Order Processing

All Liselle Kiss pieces are prepared with care and intention.

  • In-stock items: Processed within 3–7 business days

  • Made-to-order and custom pieces: Production timelines vary and are communicated at the time of purchase (typically 10–12 months)

Once your order is completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders will be shipped exactly as entered

  • We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been placed or entered production

  • Any costs associated with address errors, reshipments, or rerouting are the responsibility of the customer

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, no refunds will be issued.

Delivery & Availability

All shipments require successful delivery to the address provided.

  • If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled

  • If a delivery attempt is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate redelivery or pickup with the carrier

  • Failure to receive or retrieve a package, including unavailability at the time of delivery, does not qualify for a refund or replacement

Carrier Issues & Liability

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility shifts to the carrier.

  • Liselle Kiss is not liable for delays, lost packages, or delivery exceptions caused by the carrier

  • Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for delivery updates or issues

For high-value shipments, signature confirmation may be required.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of delivery

The customer will be responsible for:

  • Reshipping fees

  • Any additional handling or storage costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or included as specified

  • Duties, taxes, or international fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

International Shipping (If Applicable)

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
